Countdown to the Acquisition Recertification Deadline
Acquisition workforce professionals who hold a Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting (FAC‑C), Contracting Officer’s Representative (FAC‑COR), or Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) have until April 30, 2024, to obtain continuous learning points (CLPs) to maintain their certification.
The NIH Training Center (NIHTC) offers a selection of acquisition classes that offer CLPs participants can apply towards their continuous learning requirements. Click on a class title to register. Some classes fill quickly and those with only one offering remaining in FY23 are noted below with an asterisk(*).

Please check the Office of Acquisition and Logistics Management’s website for the latest policy updates on recertification or the Federal Acquisition Institute’s (FAI's) FAQs for information about certifications. CLPs earned from NIHTC acquisition classes should be submitted in FAI Cornerstone OnDemand (FAI CSOD). Log into the HHS Learning Management System to download and save your certificate of completion to upload to CSOD.
