Congratulations to the latest cohort to complete the NIH Executive Leadership Program (ExLP)! This group joins the ranks of over 160 senior leaders to experience the ExLP journey. During the seven-month program, participants attended several training sessions at the Partnership for Public Service, participated in IC-hosted seminars, visited Capitol Hill, met with current “Top 6” leaders, and participated in a leadership Q&A with the NIH Acting Director, among other activities.
