  1. If I am an employee working outside the Washington, DC area (e.g. Frederick, Baltimore, etc.) should I follow the Washington, DC area dismissal procedures?
  2. If I am a Tier I emergency employee and cannot report for work during an emergency situation, may I be granted excused absence?
