You may withdraw from a course up to three weeks before the start date without cost. To do this, you must drop the class through the LMS before the deadline. We encourage substitutions if you cannot attend a class.
Registration cancellations received after the cancellation deadline will not be honored and your IC will be charged the full tuition rate for the training session. Additionally, if you withdraw during the training, your training history will reflect "Incomplete" and your IC will be charged the full tuition amount.
You may also submit a reschedule request to the NIH Training Center up to 2 weeks before the start date without cost if another session is available. Any requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed and your IC will be charged the full tuition amount.
Thank you for your cooperation in complying with the NIH Training Center cancellation/rescheduling policy.
NIHTraining Center Cancellation/Reschedule
The NIH Training Center may cancel a class due to low enrollment or government closures and/or delays. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund. If the class is rescheduled, it is assumed the student remains approved to attend. Managers will not receive an updated notification and it is the student's responsibility to inform their manager.
