Confirm Your Federal Benefits Open Season Elections!
The Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Open Season elections and the 2023 FEHB plan rates were effective on January 1, 2023. You will see these changes reflected on your Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) for the pay date of January 20, 2023. The Open Season elections for the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) and the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAFEDS) Program were also effective on January 1, 2023.

If you entered a new TSP election into myPay for 2023, you should check myPay to confirm your election. Additionally, you should view your Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) each pay period to confirm your TSP deductions.

It is very important and your responsibility to review your LES each pay day to ensure that proper deductions are being withheld. You can access your LES at any time in myPay. Should you discover a benefits withholding problem, notify your Benefits Contact immediately. For other withholding problems, contact your timekeeper or Administrative Officer for assistance. Your LES is available in myPay for only the past 26 pay periods.

To submit an address change to update your personnel record, go to myPay and select “Mailing Address.” After entering your new address, select “Save.” Your address will be updated in the HR system within 2-4 weeks. Any address change made in myPay will automatically transmit to update your TSP account record; however, it does not automatically transmit to your health insurance carrier.
