Get Ready for the FY25 DDM Seminar Series

Join the NIH community on Thursday, January 9th for the first FY25 Deputy Director for Management (DDM) Seminar, “Skip the Drama and Embrace Healthy Conflict,” featuring Amy Gallo. Ms. Gallo is a workplace expert who writes and speaks about effective communication, interpersonal dynamics, gender, difficult conversations, and feedback. She is the best-selling author of Getting Along: How to Work with Anyone (Even Difficult People), as well as hundreds of articles for Harvard Business Review (HBR), including the “HBR Guide to Dealing with Conflict.” Ms. Gallo will share her insights on how to effectively disagree and preserve collaborative relationships.
