The Senior Leadership Program (SLP) annual Call for Nominations is coming this fall. Launched in 2001, the SLP is the NIH’s longest running leadership program with over 1,800 alumni from across the ICs. The SLP, part of the NIH Continuum of Leadership, focuses on organizational leadership and executive core qualifications through assessments, coaching, and experiential learning activities. 

The SLP contract is being recompeted and the Call for Nominations is slightly delayed. As soon as a new contract is finalized, we will move quickly to finalize dates and details for the Call for Nominations. Nominations are handled within each IC, and you can share your interest with your supervisor.
