Important Information from the NIH Training Center
The NIH Training Center (NIHTC) is pleased to announce that we are now running several acquisitions, administrative systems, and supervisory training classes to allow NIH staff to meet mandatory requirements to fulfill their job roles. All other FY25 classes are available for registration but will only proceed if the Training Center receives approval and has capacity to run them. Contact NIHTrainingCenter@nih.gov with questions.
This course is only offered as an open enrollment.
This is a 2-day interactive refresher training that allows participants to explore emotional intelligence, difficult employee issues/resolutions, the performance management process, and tools/techniques to develop a work-life balance. This training also meets the NIH mandatory training supervisory requirements for experienced supervisors.
