This course is only offered as a closed enrollment.
This 1.5-day immersive experience provides a deep dive into transformative content while pairing video modules with live, facilitated discussions. It also presents a historical, cultural, and structural analysis of racism and inequity. Participants form a sense of community with fellow participants.

This class is recommended for all NIH employees.

Class Registration Process

When you register for a class, you will be automatically placed on a waiting list. A message "No Seats Available" will appear. Select YES, Continue Registration. Once the course is approved by your manager and final approver, you will successfully be registered if a seat is available.
