PLEASE NOTE THIS COURSE IS ONLY OFFERED AS A CLOSED ENROLLMENT.
During this three-hour introduction to racial equity, REI organizers will use stories and data to present a perspective that racism is fundamentally structural in nature. By examining characteristics of modern-day racial inequity, the presentation introduces participants to an analysis that most find immediately helpful and relevant.

  • Participants conclude that it is our failure to connect dots - not lack of data - that has led to society’s misdiagnosis of the problem at hand.
  • Participants receive guidelines that can be touchstones for this training and can be used over time when facing challenges of leading counter-cultural, transformational change.

When you register for a class, you will be automatically placed on a waiting list. A message "No Seats Available" will appear. Select YES, Continue Registration. Once the course is approved by your manager and final approver, you will successfully be registered if a seat is available.
