Managing Conflict and Challenging Conversations

Description

This one-day class will provide participants with science-based and experientially tested techniques to deescalate destructive, confrontational situations and other misunderstandings at work. Opportunities to effectively manage behavioral triggers are explored, along with the means to help others to appropriately regulate their intensity. These models, concepts, and behaviors can be readily applied both inside and outside of the workplace. Participants will have the opportunity to practice these skills in a highly engaging and supportive atmosphere.
