This 2-hour training supports ICs with their Anti-Harassment Training Plans. It focuses on equipping employees with skills to transform culture by preventing all forms of harassment, and increasing supportive, positive interactions. The end goal is to increase safety, productivity and retain a diverse and talented workforce.
Each IC has determined what specific training it will uniquely approve to satisfy its Anti-Harassment requirements. Check with your supervisor about your IC’s Anti-Harassment Plan, to ensure that Bystander Training will count towards them.

- Learn the description of selected forms of harassment.
- Explore solutions and recognize risks and warnings.
- Understand barriers and learn how to intervene using multiple strategies.
- Make proactive choices to create a climate of respect.
