Attention Supervisors: It’s the Final Countdown!
We are entering the last year of the NIH three-year supervisory refresher training cycle (2022/2023/2024). New supervisors are required to fulfill initial training requirements within 12 months of their new role. In addition, refresher training is required every three years. The NIHTC is here to provide experienced supervisors with options to fulfill their refresher training requirements.
We offer two formats to fulfill your requirements: Supervisory Refresher and SuperShorts. Take our two-day Supervisory Refresher class to cover all the required topics at once. If you only need a few more continuous learning points (CLPs) to meet your supervisory refresher training requirements, take what you need a little at a time with our SuperShorts. SuperShort topics include Effective Feedback, Performance Conduct, and Work-life Balance and are covered in three-hour training sessions to support more challenging work schedules. Both class formats are offered virtually.
Visit the Mandatory Training website for additional training options and to learn more about supervisory training requirements.
