This is a 3-day interactive training that equips NIH supervisors and managers with the knowledge, skills and techniques needed to grow their performance as leaders and effectively manage and support their staff's performance and development. Participants will build a network of colleagues while they accrue resources and tools needed to become skilled leaders.
