It is our honor to serve you. Please note that while our scheduled FY 25 classes are available for registration in our course catalog, many classes will only proceed when HHS lifts the current procurement hold on external purchases. In the meantime, NIHTC is receiving registrations as approved by IC final approvers. As always, NIHTC will refund tuition for any classes that we cancel. If you have questions about your IC’s budget, we advise that you consult with your IC leadership to abide by their budgetary guidance.
The course presents a more in-depth approach to the essential aspects of contract administration required for the more experienced COR and will address recent statutory, regulatory and policy changes. The target audience for this course is CORs with extensive experience desiring a higher-level refresher approach. This course is also for CORs planning to achieve their FAC-COR Level 3 certification or re-certification.
- Learn about post-award orientations, administering government property, performance monitoring, inspection, acceptance, and contract modifications.
- Understand options, delays, terminations, past performance reporting, contract payments and contract closeout.
- Participate in practice exercises to apply the course lessons with realistic and factual scenarios.
