Designs, develops, modifies, and implements software and programs to support the entire data science life cycle, and provides recommendations on data science tools (e.g., data visualization, Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning).
Key Behaviors
- Monitors data science tools, solutions, and applications guiding data science principles and procedures (e.g., data collection, management, analysis).
- Researches existing/potential solutions (e.g., integrating applications, systems) to improve data science principles and procedures (e.g., data collection, management, analysis).
- Designs customer-centric dashboards and query tools to facilitate data cleaning/ Quality Assurance – Quality Check processes, data exploration, data analysis, data reporting, and data visualization, including for large datasets.
- Troubleshoots data management, visualization tools, and emerging technologies supporting data science programs.
- Contributes to a team (e.g., data/computer scientists, researchers) by developing and implementing software tools to analyze large datasets.
