Are you a FERS employee with 2-5 years of Federal Service? If so, this Early-Career FERS class is recommended for you.

  • Understand the FERS benefits package
  • Explore the three-tiered retirement plan
  • Review leave, healthcare, life insurance, and especially TSP benefits
  • Identify the requirements for retirement eligibility while examining creditable service

Audience

FERS employee with two to five years of Federal service.

Class Registration Process

When you register for a class, you will be automatically placed on a waiting list. A message "No Seats Available" will appear. Select YES, Continue Registration. Once the course is approved by your manager and final approver, you will successfully be registered if a seat is available.
