Do you want an accessible strategic plan that doesn’t sit on a shelf? Does your current plan lose you in wordy pages of text? In this targeted service, we’ll use the Driver's Model for strategic planning to zero in on the missing pieces of your plan you need most now – and leverage shortcuts where we can to optimize your time.

This participatory approach includes thoughtful pre-work for leadership and planful, meaningful ways to include staff input, in an approach customized for you. You can choose to focus on mission-driven and functional goals, guiding principles for your office, visioning your future, or other Driver’s Model outcomes, along with a game plan for championing and monitoring your outputs, based on your custom needs.

Class Registration Process

When you register for a class, you will be automatically placed on a waiting list. A message "No Seats Available" will appear. Select YES, Continue Registration. Once the course is approved by your manager and final approver, you will successfully be registered if a seat is available.
