It is our honor to serve you. Please note that while our scheduled FY 25 classes are available for registration in our course catalog, many classes will only proceed when HHS lifts the current procurement hold on external purchases. This one-day course identifies and explores statutes and regulations that govern the creation, allocation and preservation of intellectual property rights under government contracts. Real world examples -- fact patterns, negotiating positions and contract clauses highlight the operation of the rules with the goal of developing responses that reflect defensible applications of specific legal requirements.
