This one-day interactive program equips NIH executive supervisors and managers with the knowledge, skills and techniques needed to grow their performance as leaders, as well as ways to effectively manage and support their staff's performance and development. Participants will have the opportunity to build a network of colleagues while they accrue resources and tools needed to become skilled leaders at NIH.

Audience:
This class is for new NIH SES Supervisors.

Class Registration Process

When you register for a class, you will be automatically placed on a waiting list. A message "No Seats Available" will appear. Select YES, Continue Registration. Once the course is approved by your manager and final approver, you will successfully be registered if a seat is available.
