From giving a report at a staff meeting, to presenting at a conference—public speaking skills are critical for career success. This one-day class provides realistic techniques to help NIH professionals feel more comfortable, confident, and prepared for upcoming speaking opportunities. Participants will receive strategic templates to help structure clear and concise presentations and will hear best practices to captivate target audiences. The session incorporates recorded practice exercises for each participant to rehearse segments of work-related presentations and receive individual feedback.
