Make sure you are only using Internet Explorer as Chrome is no longer compatible with the recent eOPF update. Furthermore, please make sure your pop-up blocker is turned OFF. You can check this by:
- Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the browser
- Click Internet Options
- Go to the Privacy Tab
- Make sure the pop up blocker box is NOT checked
- If issues still persist, please go to the HR Requests Page, and select 'Get Help With An HR System' to contact the HR Systems Support Team.
