Civil Branch
NIH is committed to creating and maintaining a work environment that is free of all inappropriate conduct and holding all community members accountable for such behaviors regardless of position or status. Civil provides the NIH community with an objective administrative process to review allegations of inappropriate conduct. We refer our findings to management, who are responsible for determining and implementing appropriate corrective action.
