• Gather, organize, and analyze data to support tracking, reporting, forecasting, and informed decision-making.
• Help plan and coordinate research or data analysis activities, including interpreting findings and reporting results.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, briefing materials, meeting summaries, or other work products for leadership or stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve customer experience, and strengthen results.
• Use spreadsheets, collaboration platforms, dashboards, automation, or approved AI-enabled tools, where authorized, to support research, drafting, summarization, data organization, reporting, and workflow improvement.
• Review digital or AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, completeness, relevance, and appropriate use before incorporating them into official work.

Depending on the hiring agency, you may also use digital tools, dashboards, automation, and approved AI-enabled tools to summarize materials, organize data, identify patterns, draft preliminary findings, support analysis, and strengthen service delivery.
