Job Posting: Ethics Coordinator
Summary
The National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) is seeking candidates with a commitment to excellence and the energy, enthusiasm, and innovative thinking to serve as the Ethics Coordinator working closely with the NHGRI Executive Officer in their role as the NHGRI Deputy Ethics Counselor (DEC).
Duties
Develop and manage a comprehensive ethics and standards of conduct program for the Institute. Recommend Institute policies and procedures and monitor their implementation by the institute's divisions and offices. Responsible for development of an annual ethics training plan for the Institute. Independently request information from employees with covered activities, then collates reports from divisions and review the forms for compliance with policy.
