We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Management Analyst (GS-0343-13) to drive organizational efficiency, optimize administrative operations, and provide data-driven recommendations that empower our scientific and administrative teams to achieve our critical public health mission.

Duties

Lead teams of specialists or individually conduct in-depth studies, reviews, evaluations, and assessments of issues and proposals assigned. Determine the functionality of unique organizational structures and provide coordination among key participants for the long-range planning and development of organizational strategies to meet objectives and mission. Initiate and execute very complex administrative and management projects. Coach the team in the selection and application of appropriate problem solving methods and techniques, provide advice on work methods, practices and procedures, and assist the team and/or individual members in identifying the parameters of a viable solution. Articulate and communicate to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion. Design and conduct comprehensive management studies to identify and propose solutions to management problems.
