Job Posting: Supervisory Ethics Specialist
Summary
This Ethics Coordinator will serve as the Supervisory Ethics Specialist within the Ethics and Committee Management Office (ECMO), and supports the Director, ECMO with the duties as the Deputy Ethics Counselor (DEC) for the Institute.
Duties
- Develops or manages a comprehensive ethics and standards of conduct program for the Institute, including reviewing ethics documents and requests.
- Develops or documents policies and procedural guidelines.
- Prepares or oversees the preparation of all necessary communications with covered employees including filing notifications, filing extensions, recusals, and even divestitures.
- Develops an annual ethics training plan for the Institute in accordance with Executive Order.
- Provides ad hoc analyses and reports on various aspects of the Institute’s ethics operations.
