Duties

Provide Tier 2/3 IT support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, software applications, and peripheral equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and security-related incidents. Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktop, laptop, and communication technologies. Administer user accounts, access permissions, password resets, and identity management processes. Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and reliability across supported environments. Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, security controls, and information assurance requirements. Support network connectivity, telecommunications, video conferencing, and hybrid meeting technologies. Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. Provide end-user training, technical guidance, and customer support to clinical and research staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, implement, and improve IT solutions that support clinical research and healthcare operations.
