LMS Local Learning Registrar
This half-day course will introduce the HHS Learning Portal (LMS) and fulfills the requirement to gain access as a Local Learning Registrar. During this course, hands-on exercises will be completed by learners in the LMS training environment to simulate regular tasks performed by a Local Learning Registrar, such as registering learners for offerings, managing learner profiles, and transcripts. Staff that are Servicing AOs who will only perform training order approval functions as an Alternate Approver for Orders (AAO) should check with your IC before registering for this course. Detailed instructions for obtaining LMS administrator permissions are located on the HR Systems Support website at https://hr.nih.gov/hr-systems/request-hr-systems-access. Important Note Request for permissions must be made within 6 months of course completion.
