This course is specifically designed for those new to contracting. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the environment in which they will serve including acquisition oversight, Impact of using inaccurate data and Influences on the acquisition environment, Historical perspective of the acquisition environment, standards of conduct and ethical principles, market research and the types of appropriations.
