Are you interested in an R&D career in medical imaging? The Imaging Physics Lab of the Biophysics of Biochemistry Center, NHLBI/NIH (https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/research/intramural/researchers/pi/wen-han) welcomes applications for a postdoctoral position in X-ray tomographic image reconstruction for clinical applications. The focus is on the development of 3D image reconstruction for novel imaging systems in close collaboration with clinicians. A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in an imaging-related field is required. Training and/or experience in tomographic image reconstruction is a strong plus. As a stepping stone aimed to propel the candidate’s career advancement, the duration of the fellowship is 2 to 5 years with full research and travel funding. Both US and international applications are accepted.
