Before you begin
- To edit a performance plan, signatures must first be removed. Signatures may be removed by either the Executive or Rating Official; proxies cannot remove signatures on behalf of a Rating Official or Executive.
- Clicking “Remove Signatures” will remove all signatures from the Consultation section. The Consultation phase will need to be re-signed by the Rating Official and Executive, with the Rating Official signing first, followed by the executive.
- Once the plan is ready for review by the Rating Official, the executive must notify the rating official outside of USAP, i.e. via email.
Removing signatures instructions: Executive
- Login, you will be directed to the Home page.
- Navigate to the My Active Plans section.
- Click on Sign My Progress Review, located under the “My Active Plans” section. Your plan will open.
- To remove signatures, navigate to Part 1. Consultation.
- Click the red Remove Signatures button next to the Executive’s Signature box. Select Yes when the prompt appears. You may now edit your plan.
Removing signatures instructions: Rating Official
- Login, you will be directed to the Home page.
- Navigate to the My Employees Plans section. Click Sign 2020 Plan(s).
- Scroll down, select the name of the executives plan you wish to view. The plan will open.
- To remove signatures, navigate to Part 1. Consultation.
- Click the red Remove Signatures button next to the Rating Official’s Signature box. Select Yes when the prompt appears. The plan may now be edited by the Rating Official or the Executive.
