Please join us in kicking off a day full of learning and connecting! Chief People Officer, Julie Berko will begin with opening remarks before passing the mic to two OHR Senior Leaders, Joe Martin and Kha Nguyen, who will facilitate a short panel with two of OHR’s incredible partners: Sally Lee, NIGMS and Valerie Green, NIAMS.

Basic Position Classification Overview

This presentation will be a general overview of the history of classification, the position classification evaluation process, and what resources are available to help in establishing a position description. Position description format, cover sheet, and different types of positions will also be reviewed.
